You have the right to cancel your order. For fresh flowers we require two working days’ notice before the delivery date. For cancellations of non-perishable items, one working day’s notice is required.

We go the extra mile to deliver all flowers in perfect condition. It is unlikely that your flowers will be damaged in transit, but if they are, please keep them and contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. Moonlight flowers cannot be liable for claims reported after 24 hours of receipt. Where possible we will replace damaged flowers.
